Jenifer Slinskey JD

With over 25 years of experience in Intellectual Property (IP) law and a specialized focus on patent law, Jenifer has successfully managed global patent portfolios, led complex IP due diligence projects, and provided strategic legal counsel on a wide range of IP agreements.  Her expertise spans patent preparation and prosecution, IP asset management, and advising both corporate clients as well as the University and its innovators on maximizing the value of their intellectual property.  Jenifer has consistently demonstrated the ability to develop and execute comprehensive IP strategies that protect and enhance the commercial value of innovations, ensuring long-term success in the marketplace.  Prior to joining the University, Jenifer worked as an intellectual property/patent attorney at a large law firm in Pittsburgh.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Allegheny College, a JD from the University of Dayton.
