Come to the ultimate pitch-off!
PDMA Pittsburgh will help celebrate CMU’s Global Entrepreneur Week and Pitt’s Innovation Week by sponsoring a thrilling student pitch competition. Join us to catch a glimpse of Pittsburgh’s best student entrepreneurs and innovators.
On November 14th, eight teams – four from Pitt and four from CMU – will pitch their ideas in 90 seconds to an expert panel of judges, get feedback on their presentation, and compete for a great prize package. The audience will also be voting for their favorite pitch.
The top four winning teams – two graduate and two undergraduate teams – will receive cash prizes. More importantly, they will get access to a variety of resources ranging from IP consulting to market research advice that will help them get a jump start on developing their innovative idea.
When: The competition begins at 5:30 p.m.
Where: Carnegie Mellon University, Newell Simon Hall, 3305
5000 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213
Come and watch the students to explore their potential as future entrepreneurs and innovators.
This event is free to the public, but it is important to register in advance. Limited seats are available.
